Cordyceps milk (most popular)
Simmer 1โ2 whole pieces (or ยฝโ1 tsp powder) in a cup of milk for 5โ10 minutes. Add a little honey or a pinch of cardamom. Drink warm, ideally in the morning.

Water decoction
Simmer 1โ3 g whole cordyceps in 1โ2 cups of water for 15โ20 minutes until the water reduces. Drink the liquid; you can also chew the softened pieces.

Cordyceps tea
Steep cordyceps (or a cordyceps tea bag) in hot water for 5โ7 minutes. Pairs well with ginger, tulsi or a slice of lemon.

In soup or broth
Add whole pieces to a slow-simmered chicken or vegetable broth โ a classic Tibetan/Chinese preparation that draws out the compounds over time.
